What if the website is not working correctly for me?

Users can report any problems with the website directly to DBBC Web Admin either via email or by calling between the hours of 10am - 2pm, Tuesday through Thursday.

Why can't I log into the site?
A:
Users experiencing difficulties logging into the site should try the following.
•
Make sure that your cookies & javascript settings are allowed and enabled in your browser program.
•
Close all currently open Internet browsers (ie. IExplorer, Netscape, Firefox) and then try logging in again.
•
Ensure that your browser cache setting is set correctly (Check for newer version 'Automatically' or 'Every visit to the page')
•
Purge or clear your Temporary Internet cache & cookies.
•
Restart your system as there may still be programs running that are utilizing system resources that may be in conflict with your browsers functionality.
What does the DBBC do with it's member's information?
A:
The DBBC utilizes the information supplied by its users/members in order to maintain subscriptions and to understand better the needs of the online community. Our policy regarding your personal information is; We will never disclose private information without your permission.
Click the 'Member Directory' link under the 'User Menu' on the left side of the page.

Then, click the PM icon (looks like an envelope) next to the member you wish to private message.
•
Fill in the subject line and message details sections and select any additional members that you want to receive the message.
•
Click Submit. .. That simple

How do I know when I have private messages?
A:
Once you log into the site you will be notified of any new messages by way of an informational link under your member avatar just above the 'Main Menu.'
How do I find out what is new at the DBBC since my last visit?
A:
•
On the home page scroll to the bottom of the page and look to the 'Latest News' section for a list of links to the most recent additions to DBBC News.
•
Check out the Discussion Forums regularily. -!- Indicates there are new posts in this forum since your last visit
•
Upcoming events will be posted under the site's ad banner and a mini calendar is available at the top of the page and a full calendar is available at the bottom of the home page.
•
Check your email for periodic site update information and alerts.
Clicking on your avatar/thumbnail takes you to your DBBC profile.
•
You will see a menu bar with options. Locate the 'EDIT' icon and as you hover over it a list of options will be revealed to you. Choose one of these to proceed.
•
Once you have updated your information, verifying all available tabs and fields have been updated, don't forget to click the 'UPDATE' button.
